Crew Leader / Foreman

We're looking for an experienced Crew Leader / Foreman to help lead our growing team. If you're dependable, hardworking, customer-focused, and enjoy leading others, we'd love to hear from you.

Starting Pay

$23.00 per hour

Schedule

• Monday–Friday

• Overtime available

• Primarily local routes

• Occasional overnight travel (1–2 days) for larger projects

Responsibilities

• Lead daily crews on moving, junk removal, cleanouts, and demolition projects

• Deliver outstanding customer service on every job

• Coordinate logistics and keep projects running efficiently

• Maintain a safe and organized job site

• Communicate professionally with customers and team members

• Train and motivate crew members

• Represent 5 Star Cleanouts with professionalism and integrity

Requirements

• Ability to lift 75 lbs repeatedly

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Comfortable driving throughout New York and Pennsylvania

• Drug-free workplace

• Strong leadership skills

• Excellent logistics and organizational abilities

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills

• Great social and interpersonal skills

• Diligent, dependable, and punctual

• Clean-cut, professional appearance
