Giveaway Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern participation in all giveaways, contests, and promotional drawings (collectively, the "Giveaways") conducted by 5 Star Cleanouts ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By entering any Giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

Giveaways are open to individuals who meet all participation requirements listed in the associated promotional post. Employees of 5 Star Cleanouts and their immediate family members are not eligible unless otherwise specified.

2. Entry Requirements

All entry instructions stated in the Giveaway post must be followed to qualify. Incomplete entries, duplicate entries, or entries that violate platform rules may be disqualified.

3. Winner Selection

Winners will be chosen at random and announced on the date specified in the Giveaway post. All decisions made by 5 Star Cleanouts regarding winner selection are final.

4. Prize Pickup & Responsibility

  • All prizes must be claimed and picked up in person by the winner at the designated 5 Star Cleanouts location.

  • Winners are solely responsible for retrieving their prize within the specified timeframe (typically 7 days unless stated otherwise).

  • Delivery may be requested, but delivery is not guaranteed and is granted solely at the discretion of 5 Star Cleanouts. Delivery fees may apply.

5. Condition of Prizes

  • All physical items awarded in Giveaways are used, repossessed, second-hand, or otherwise not new.

  • All items are provided strictly AS IS, with no warranties, guarantees, or assurances of any kind.

  • 5 Star Cleanouts does not insure, certify, or guarantee the condition, functionality, safety, or resale value of any prize.

  • Winners accept items at their own risk.

6. No Cash Substitutions

Prizes may not be exchanged for cash unless otherwise stated. Substitutions are not permitted.

7. Rights & Publicity

By participating, winners grant 5 Star Cleanouts permission to use their name, likeness, and photos of prize pickup for promotional purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

5 Star Cleanouts is not responsible for:

  • Lost, stolen, or unclaimed prizes

  • Any injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation or prize use

  • Technical issues preventing entry or winner notification

Participation is voluntary and assumed at the participant’s own risk.

9. Disqualification

5 Star Cleanouts reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms, attempts to manipulate the Giveaway, or behaves inappropriately.

10. Changes & Cancellation

5 Star Cleanouts reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any Giveaway at any time without prior notice.

11. Acceptance

By entering any Giveaway, participants acknowledge they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
